This lesson is all about defining your health goal. That one (or more) goals that you would love to work towards. The reason that defining your goal is so important is so you know what you want to work towards … that “dream big” goal that you may think is out of reach. The reason for doing this isn’t for you to think “OMG how am I ever going to achieve that”. It’s to get you to believe in yourself. To get you to be confident in yourself in simply knowing that anything is possible.
