Hello and welcome back! I love this lesson because this is where I started to really make changes in my life … by recognizing what needs to change in my daily routine and taking action to make sure my routine had a positive impact on my health.
More often than not, like most of us moms, our minds are on fast-mode from the moment we wake up. Before your feet even hit the ground in the morning you’re probably already thinking of what needs to get done or who needs to go where … and all you can think about is, “where do I start?”. It’s like we’re planning out the day before it even start.
