Helping individuals to move more has been a passion of mine for almost 20 years now in both the sports world and the public health sector and I’m thrilled to be helping you today with this as well!

Now that you’ve prioritized what’s important in your day and planned out your week out in advance, I want you to start using that time you put aside for yourself for a little exercise.
